Refund Policy for Online Purchases
We hope that you love everything you buy from us, however, if this is not the case, we offer a 14-day return policy.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods.
- Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original labels still attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging.
- Extra care must be taken when trying on garments, please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
- For health and hygiene reasons we ask that when you are tyring on briefs and swimwear that you please try these items on over your own underwear.
- Please enclose a note inside the parcel with you name, order ID number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are securely packed, labelled correctly, and cannot get damaged on the way.
- We strongly recommend that you send all returns by recorded delivery to ensure that you have a record of return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- All returns are quality checked - items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
Our Return Address:
We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item. Refunds will be made via your original method of payment.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. Instead, we suggest you return your item(s) to us as per the guidance above and place a new order for your desired item.

Faulty items
We are sorry to hear that you have received an item that is not in perfect condition. To help us resolve this as quickly as possible for you please contact us at enquiries@undies-unlimited.com with the following information:
• Your name
• Order number
• Product name and code (found on your order summary)
• Picture of the fault
• Description of the fault
Please note: emails are usually responded to within 2 working days.

Boutique Returns
Our website does not accept returns of items purchased from the boutique.
For boutique purchases, you will be able to exchange unwanted items in-store within 14 days of purchase.
The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original labels still attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
